Hello everyone!
Today on The Runway I am going to share my day in New York City with Tony Walker and Co. This was such an amazing day and was an eye-opening experience for my future!
I was chosen from my Fashion Board internship to go to the city and visit three different showrooms. We visited John Hardy, Free People, and Hudson. It was amazing to meet all of the creative directors working directly in their field.
The John Hardy showroom was just as beautiful as their jewelry. I was pleased to have the chance to learn more about this unique company.
When we visited the Free People showroom, I had the opportunity to help my managers pick out the product that will be sold for the fall and spring months. I was very eager to give my input on different pieces of clothing.
When we visited the Hudson showroom, we were the first people to view the spring collection. All of the new styles were so eye-catching and made me want to purchase the whole collection!
I can’t thank Tony Walker enough for all of the opportunities they have given me. I met several favored companies through my internship and learned a lot about the fashion industry.
Thank you for reading about one of the best experiences of my life!
